产品介绍

WALL MASTER质感干粉涂料是由水泥、天然石英砂、聚合物胶结料以及多种助剂混合而成。是一种具有一定柔韧性的水泥基外墙面保护层，用以保证外墙体系的机械强度和耐久性，能提升墙面基材和外墙漆的附着力，质感突出，装饰性强。产品具有抗风压、抗冻融、防水、透气、防开裂、耐老化等性能，具有环保、操作方便等诸多优点。

适用范围

主要应用于商业住宅、工业建筑外墙的表层涂装。

■施工宽容性好，批刮自如，不起卷不干涩。

施工工艺：

1、先将适量的清水加入容器中，再加入WALL MASTER质感干粉涂料，干粉涂料：水=4:1（重量比）；

2、用电动搅拌机充分混合成均匀膏糊状。要求无粉粒、无沉淀物，待拌合物静置3—5分钟，再略为搅拌后即可使用；

3、腻子批刮完成后，用批刮工具对干粉质感涂料进行批刮，批刮完成后使用搓板将本产品搓出肌理纹理，再涂刷底漆一遍，面漆两遍。

注意事项

1、基层吸水性强或表面过于干燥的基层，应先用封底漆涂刷一遍或喷少量清水润湿后再施工。

2、本产品在使用时，一次不可调制过多，视施工用量而定，如出现未使用完就结块，不能继续使用。

3、同一面墙必须一次性完成，以免出现接头痕迹。

3、储存过程中，应存放在干燥通风处，避免受潮。

4、施工及储存温度要求在5℃以上。

5、每次施工完毕后，要及时清洗干净施工工具和搅拌器材，以免影响下次使用。

6、保质期：8个月。
